Our bot

SoleSprout checks kids' sneaker prices daily with a small program that identifies itself as SoleSproutBot/1.0 (+https://solesprout.co/bot; hello@solesprout.co).

What it reads: public sale and category listings, once a day, a few seconds apart; a few times a day, store home pages (for promo codes) and the product pages of our top picks; and once a month, each store's terms of use.

What it never does: no logins, no accounts, no carts, no proxies, and no getting around blocks. It follows robots.txt.

Run a store and would rather we didn't? Email hello@solesprout.co and we'll switch your store off the same day.

SoleSprout is an independent project, not owned by any brand or store.
